In recent years,the development of offshore natural gas resources has developed,which has promoted the development of FLNG technology.The technology of onshore natural gas pretreatment is relatively mature,but the research on pretreatment equipment applied to FLNG is relatively lacking.The liquid distributor is a key column internals which predistributes the liquid,its performance will have a profound impact on gas-liquid mass transfer efficiency.Pressure driven calandria liquid distributor has the advantages of simple structure and has the potential to be applied to FLNG.It is of great significance to optimize the structure of the calandria liquid in order to keep its uniformity of liquid distribution in the FLNG deacidification tower.This paper focuses on the structural optimization design of calandria liquid applied to the FLNG.Research methods include hydraulics experiment and numerical simulation of fluid mechanics.The experimental indexes include the flow of liquid,distribution uniformity,velocity and pressure distribution.The research contents include the structure parameters of the liquid outlet,the size of the main pipe and the branch pipe,the structure of the liquid inlet.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn: The liquid outlet's diameter is taken out according to the liquid spray density to make the liquid flow with reasonable liquid flow velocity and enough pressure.The outlet of the cosine nozzle type can effectively improve the inheritance and uniformity of the liquid distributor.The optimum design of a partial outlet diameter can effectively improve the distribution uniformity of the distributor.Increasing the diameter of the main pipe and branch pipe can increase the uniformity of the liquid distribution,but it will lead to a decrease in the flow area of the gas.To take into account the two points,the size of the branch pipe and main pipe should be reasonably valued.Setting the liquid inlet in the middle is better than setting it at one end of the main pipe.The two liquid inlets are better than one liquid inlet.The liquid inlets should be set at the 1/4 and 3/4 of the main pipe.The solution is also suitable for large distributor.The conclusions of this paper is of reference significance for the application of the calandria liquid distributor in FLNG.
