Natural gas offshore floating production,storage and discharge device(LNG-FPSO)technology is becoming more and more attention.The requirements of adaptability and stability of traditional liquid distributor under the marine shaking condition have been proposed.Tube type liquid distributor as the pressure type liquid distributor,due to the small uniform distribution of the liquid resistance,flexible operation,little possibility of blockage,little possibility to cause entrainment and foam,easy manufacture,etc.,won the great development and application in recent years.The characteristics of the liquid distribution performance is less affected by gravity make it become an important object of the study of liquid distributor under the condition of sloshing.The research on its land performance has been more mature.So it is very important to study the distribution performance and stability of liquid distributor under the marine shaking condition.The research in this paper is accorded to the distribution performance of ladder liquid distributor in different shaking conditions.According to the experimental requirements,an experimental device which can explore the performance of ladder liquid distributor under different marine shaking conditions has been designed and built.The device can study the performance of ladder liquid distributor under the conditions of static and shaking.A numerical model of ladder liquid distributor has been founded,the grid independence was verified and the accuracy of the model was verified by the experimental data.In this paper,combining experiment and numerical calculation,the distribution performance of ladder liquid distributor in static condition was studied firstly.Then comes the study of distribution performance of ladder liquid distributor in different marine shaking conditions.According to the results,the affection of different sloshing amplitude to the distribution performance was studied.Then,according to the experimental results of single degree of freedom,the influence of two degree of freedom coupling on the distribution performance of ladder liquid distributor under the selected working conditions was studied.Finally,the result of distribution performance was verificated from flow rate,inlet mode and dimensions.This paper provides a reference for simulation research,experimental research and engineering design of ladder liquid distributor under the marine shaking condition.
