Application And Popularization Of Ceramsite-Reinforced Aerated Block

With the rapid development of China's economy,environmental pollution,energy shortage,land waste and other issues have become increasingly prominent.As a high energy consuming industry,construction industry should be the key field of energy saving control.The building wall materials for building materials 70%,energy consumption accounted for 35% of the total energy consumption of building,with all seriousness of building energy-saving and environmental protection effect.In China vigorously promote green building,energy saving and environmental protection in the background,at present in our country to promote the application of new wall materials is still relatively weak,huge market prospect conditions,the performance of creamsite reinforced aerated concrete block excellent based on the study of its application and promotion strategy,the main contents are as follows:(1)Under the summary analysis of the domestic and foreign research status of new wall materials,summarizes the development trend of new wall materials and new wall materials of foreign policy and domestic development situation,existing problems,and points out the urgency of innovation of new wall materials according to the research and promotion of these problems.In addition,based on systematic review,the new wall materials are classified and expounded,and the necessity of the research,application and popularization of new wall materials is expounded.(2)The ceramsite reinforced aerated block products are introduced from six aspects of production background,production technology,product characteristics and performance indexes,technological innovation and honor.Then,this paper describes the main stage of new wall materials to describe their characteristics,performance,and comprehensive comparison from the strength,density,thermal conductivity,saturated water absorption rate and economic aspects,highlighting the advantages of ceramisite reinforced aerated concrete block in the performance and economic aspects;finally,a summary of the current ceramic application of reinforced aerated concrete block products in projects,and the application effect of "Cuhk Grand Hyatt in Longshan ","Xixi sea" and " Tiantai blue ocean hotel" three projects were analyzed.(3)Based on the superiority of ceramsite in enhancing the performance and economy of aerated building block products,the paper puts forward some relative strategies for popularizing and applying the policy from the two aspects of policy and enterprise two.Policy strategy mainly includes supporting policy and strengthening enterprise standardization construction.Enterprise strategy mainly includes improving technology level,marketing ability,personnel quality and expanding enterprise scale.In this paper,the application and popularization of ceramsite reinforced aerated block are studied by means of theoretical study,product analysis and argument research.The analysis of two application projects shows that ceramsite reinforced aerated block not only has superior product performance,but also reduces construction cost.Based on the good characteristics of the product and the development trend of new wall materials,the paper puts forward the policy,strategy and enterprise strategy so as to realize the popularization and application of the product.
