Study On Risk Management Of Coal Import Agent In China

With the rapid development of the economy and the support of relevant national policies,since 2009,China's coal import volume has increased year by year,and the coal import business that has been derived from it has also been in full swing.However,the agent in the coal industry's agent import business often causes huge losses due to the entrusting party's abandonment of orders,false trade,loss of goods and other reasons.It is the normal state of many coal agency companies to charge 1%agency fee but 100% risk.However,there are few coal agency enterprises to carry out risk management.The literature on coal industry agent import enterprise risk management research is rare.Through the empirical analysis,case analysis and other research methods,the paper firstly summarized the risks faced by the agent in China's coal agent import business in the light of the particularity of coal;Secondly,taking Z company as an example,the paper constructed the risk evaluation model of Z company's agent import business by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),through qualitative and quantitative analysis,the paper obtained the evaluation value of 24 internal and external risks and influence degree in the agent import business of Z company.Based on the evaluation results,the paper proposed optimization Suggestions for the risk management of Z company's agent import business.The paper proposed,establishing customer credit investigation system and information database,introducing future transaction,using hedging instruments such as financial derivatives,developing risk response databases and enhancing the abilities of internal risk management are the improvement measures urgently needed by Z company.They will help Z company reduce or even avoid risks in its coal agent import business in the future.
