Research On Operation Risk Management Of SM Company's Key Information System From The Perspective Of Business Continuity

With the development of technology,the application of informatization in enterprises is more and more widespread,informationization can reduce operating costs and improve efficiency.The normal operation of information system is the basis of enterprise informationization,the operation of information system is not normal,it is directly related to the normal development of enterprise production and management activities.The key information system carries the core business of the enterprise,is the carrier of the enterprise core competence,the key information system operation is not normal,will directly affect the enterprise core business development,thus affects the enterprise in the competition the survival and develops.Therefore,from the perspective of business continuity to study the risk of enterprise key information system,improve the risk assessment,formulate a choice response strategy to the enterprise's production management is of great significance.Firstly,this paper analyzes the present situation of SM Company Information System,and divides enterprise's information system into three categories:key information System,important information system and general information system according to the influence degree of information system to enterprise core business.Then,the risk management in the operation of key information system is analyzed from three aspects of risk identification,risk assessment and risk disposition,and the risk level is sorted by risk matrix,Borda order value method and analytic hierarchy process.Then,according to the continuous requirement of core business operation,the influence of abnormal operation of key information system on core business and Enterprise is analyzed from both direct and indirect influences,and the business continuity plan is set up for the disaster recovery based on the actual situation of enterprises.The business continuity plan is elaborated from organizations,disaster preparedness centers construction,disaster recovery architectures,business continuity training,business continuity walkthroughs,and business continuity scenarios.By establishing a business continuity plan based on disaster recovery,reducing uncertainty in the operation of key information system,improving the adaptability of enterprises to cope with emergencies,ensuring continuity of business,is essential to the survival and development of enterprises.
