Study On The Problems Of Environmental Management In JinPu New District Under PPP Mode

In recent years,the national economy has been developed rapidly,but it is still too hard to find the beautiful environment.The ecological environment pollution is getting worse and worse.The gurgling water was replaced by stinking ditches now.The shrub forest was replaced by the rumbling sound of excavators now.When we were young,the sky was blue,now the children saw a grey haze,the roads in the past were clean and bright,and now the garbage is flying around with the wind.The pollution of sea water,the degradation of forest land and the harmful gases in the air remind us that our ecological environment has turned red and needs to be treated as soon as possible.Or our children and grandchildren will see night replacing dawn and sewage replacing streams.The construction of ecological civilization has received full attention in the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and the construction of ecological civilization ranks first among the five in one.JinPu New District has not relaxed its ecological environment management over the years,and it has devoted all its efforts to the improvement of the ecological environment.It has worked hard for residents to live under the green mountains and rivers,but the long-term management has taken effect slowly,and there are so many drawbacks in the process,resulting in the failure of the management.This topic mainly carries on the empirical research on the ecological environment management of Jinpu New District,it puts forward some personal research conclusions and reference suggestions,and also innovates the ecological environment management mode of Jinpu New District through the actual investigation and practical experience.Combined with the PPP model,the relevant literature and management theory on ecological environment protection and governance,as well as the experience of using PPP model in ecological environment protection and governance at home and abroad.The paper summarizes the main problems in ecological environment protection and governance in Jinpu New District by means of questionnaires and interviews,analyzes the reasons,formulates the specific implementation plan of ecological environment governance in Jinpu New District under PPP model,and puts forward rectification measures and countermeasures for the plan to provide reference for the scientific development of Jinpu New District.
