Straw carbonization avoids the waste caused by a large amount of straw burning,and the straw flue gas will still cause air pollution if it is not treated.Therefore,based on the analysis of the research status of straw flue gas purification technology and equipment at home and abroad,this paper designs a roller-type straw flue gas carbonization purification device to realize dust removal and de-focusing of the flue gas generated by the straw charring process.Straw flue gas purification device analysis,optimization of the process;the impact of the finger arrangement and spindle speed on the dust removal and decoking process.The research results provide a theoretical reference for the full utilization of crop straw and the research of straw carbonized flue gas treatment equipment.The main contents of this paper and the conclusions obtained are as follows:1)This study uses the high-speed rotary finger to increase the collision,accumulation and decoking dust removal and decoking methods of tar dust,instead of the conventional dust removal method such as dust removal,which solves the problem of plugging of existing flue gas dust removal method coke..2)Using different diameter finger rolls to generate different centrifugal forces to achieve multi-stage dust removal and decoking,in order to improve the dust removal and decoking effect of straw charring smoke.On this basis,the overall design,main component design and structural parameters of the roller-type straw charring flue gas decoking and dust removal device were completed.3)Through the analysis of the force of a single impurity particle in the separation cylinder and the analysis of the aggregate separation on the finger,the separation characteristics were studied,and the parameters such as the rotational speed of the finger roller were determined.4)The experimental study on the de-focusing and dedusting device of the finger-rolling straw charring flue gas was carried out.The test results show that:(1)the adhesion rate of the particles on the inner wall of the storage device of the purifying device with the finger mounted on the main shaft is 68%,and the adhesion rate of the non-finger is 6%,so the purification efficiency of the purifying device for installing the finger is much higher than that.The fingerless purifying device and the non-finger purifying device have a weak purifying effect,so the shaft on the straw charring flue gas purifying device should be installed with a finger rod to improve the purifying effect;(2)the finger on the main shaft is arranged in a spiral,The adhesion rate of the particles on the inner wall of the storage box is 68%,and the adhesion rate of the linear arrangement is 32%.The dust removal efficiency of the screw arrangement of the finger is higher than that of the linear arrangement,so the spindle finger installation inside the straw carbonization flue gas purification device is installed.The way should be arranged in a spiral.(3)Under the condition of the arrangement of the finger and the flow rate,the dust removal rate and the de-focusing rate in the flue gas purification process can reach a large value,and the radial variation amount reaches 86% to 93%.(4)Different rotation speeds of the main shaft will produce different separation effects for the flue gas.When the rotation speed is 14r/s,the adhesion rate of the particulate matter in the storage box is 68%,the rotation speed is 16r/s,and the adhesion rate of the particulate matter in the storage box is 79%.The rotation speed is 18r/s,and the adhesion rate of the particulate matter in the storage box is 86%.The higher the rotational speed,the higher the separation efficiency and the higher the degree of purification of the exhaust gas.Properly increasing the spindle speed can improve separation efficiency.
