Gas drainage is one of the effective means to prevent and control gas disasters. But in borehole construction process, there are large numbers of coal dust producing, Coal dust not only endangers the health of miners, also causes huge hidden anger to the safety production.The effective method of reducing coal dust concentration in borehole process is to install dust removal device near orifice.The structure characteristics of dust removal device directly determine the efficiency of dust collection. Dust removal device commonly has the huge structure、complicated operation process and low dust removal efficiency shortcomings. This article proposes a new type of dedusting device, on this basis, introduces the development process of the first stage dust unit gravity dust separator and the second stage dust unit Air-Water jet negative-pressure dust separator.The structure of gravity precipitator respectively and the throat nozzle distance of Air-Water jetnegative-pressure dust separator are simulated. In addition, based on the laboratory experiment data analysis,we drew the dust removal efficiency curve of gravity dust collector under different gas velocity.At the same time,we made a synthesis of the collection efficiency and pressure loss of Air-Water jet negative-pressure dust separator when the throat nozzle distance is 120mm、160mm and 190 mm. Finally, we analyzed the work pressure effects on the precipitator dust removal efficiency、 pressure loss and concluded the best working parameters of the device. |
