| With the development and progress of society,the hazards of dust particles are gradually being paid attention to,especially inhalable particles with a diameter of less than 10 microns are more harmful to the human body,which may cause respiratory diseases,in severe cases,may also cause various diseases.In order to protect the environment and reduce the pollution of dust particles,various dust cleaning technologies have been gradually developed and quickly applied in all walks of life.The nature of dust has a very important influence on the selection and collocation of dust removal methods.For example,cloudy and rainy dayswill greatly reduce the dust removal effect of more water-absorbing dust on cyclone dust removal;Bag dust removal is used for more corrosive dust,the cycle will also be greatly shortened,;and the effect of venturi washing on the removal of water-soluble dust will also be reduced.The granulation section,scattered point section,drying section,cooling section,etc in the production of drum granulation process of compound fertilizer will inevitably generate dust,the nature of the dust generated by each section is different,and the source concentration of the dust is also different.This article mainly explores the dust removal design,operating conditions and dust properties of the Shandong Nongda Fertilizer Technology Co.,Ltd’s drum granulation workshop,and systematically studies a set of dust removal system suitable for drum granulation process of compound fertilizer.After long-term operation practice,in monitor in real time,all indicators are in line with national standards.This research focuses on selecting the dust trapped by the bag,gravity,and cyclone dust removal system for property analysis(density,moisture content,thermogravimetric analysis,XRD,XPS,etc.),and measuring the working conditions of the drying and cooling section,determining the indicators mainly include particulate matter,SO2,nitrogen oxide,temperature,humidity and air volume.Scientific analysis confirms the cleaning status of the compound fertilizer dust by the two dust removal systems,and discusses the removal mechanism of compound fertilizer dust in combination with the design details of the dust removal system.For the dust cleaning work at the scattered points and feed inlets of the compound fertilizer dust,a scientific dust collection device was designed,and some scientific suggestions were put forward for the dust cleaning work in the workshop,which not only improved the construction conditions it also reduces the corrosion of dust to the equipment,which provides protection for the health of employees.This paper explores the characteristics of dust removal for compound fertilizers by various levels of dust removal technology,which has a very important reference value for the design of the new workshop dust removal system in the next step.It has important practical significance for the comprehensive treatment of compound fertilizer dust,and has a certain promotion effect on the ultra-low emission of exhaust gas in the compound fertilizer industry. |
