In recent years,with the further mature production technology of rapid innovation and management mode,the agriculture of our country has developed rapidly,however,in the high input high output mode,increased frequency of non-point source pollution in rural areas,has gradually attracted people's attention,a series of agricultural activities in livestock and poultry breeding and fertilization.As the main source of ammonia emissions in the atmosphere.Ammonia is an important precursor of the formation of PM2.5 in the atmosphere,which has an important influence on the formation of haze.It can be neutralized with acidic substances such as SO2 and NOx in the atmosphere to produce two particles,such as ammonium salt,nitrate,sulfate and so on.In the typical cities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region?Beijing,Shijiazhuang and Tangshan?,the proportion of two particles in PM2.5 is relatively high.In recent years,the proportion of ammonium ion to PM2.5 is on the rise.At the same time,ammonium ion is the main cation to form sulfate and nitrate two times particles.The scientific and objective evaluation of agricultural source ammonia emission and the implementation of pollution control measures are of great significance for the treatment of PM2.5 pollution.Based on the collection of the main sources of agricultural ammonia emissions,namely agricultural fertilization and livestock breeding,combined with ammonia emission factors in key industries,the emission inventory of agricultural ammonia in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in 2015 was established by emission factor method.The agricultural ammonia emission of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in 2015 was1 625 028.42t,and the uncertainty of the 95%confidence interval was?-36%,36%?.The livestock industry ammonia emissions of 941 785.68t,ammonia emissions from farmland fertilization of 683 242.64t,accounted for 57.96%of the total emissions from agricultural sources and 42.04%,emissions of ammonia agriculture in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region average value was 7.54 t/km2,the emission intensity of Handan,Shijiazhuang,Hengshui three city high,Beijing,Chengde,Zhangjiakou,the emission intensity of the lower three.Through the analysis of the hours of non-uniform coefficient found ammonia emissions from agriculture on the whole showing a higher in the daytime than at night,through the analysis on non-uniform coefficient,monthly variation and temperature change trend of agriculture ammonia emission is more uniform,showing a gradual upward trend from January to July,July to December,the trend of gradual decline.In addition,through literature research and other methods to collect existing agricultural ammonia in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region emissions control technologies and measures,the main control technology of abatement costs were estimated,through the establishment of agricultural ammonia emission control technology evaluation system,ordering the main control technology.In the field of fertilizing and fertilizing in farmland,the application of coated urea is the best control technique,followed by organic and inorganic application.Livestock farming,feed in the management stage,adding yucca extract to feed for optimal control technology;in the stable transformation,the optimal control technology used in waste management slatted floor;stage,adding zeolite adsorbent to Excreta for optimal control techniques.The main control technology ranking based on the results,combined with the characteristics of ammonia emissions of agriculture in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,set up agricultural ammonia emission control scheme,and use the WRF-CAMQ model for fine particle emission reduction scheme to improve the effect of making a quantitative assessment and environmental health benefits were calculated according to the evaluation results of ammonia emission reduction brought about by agriculture.The results showed that the annual average concentration of PM2.5 in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region decreased by2.57%,5.08%and 5.71%respectively under the 21.26%,50.00%and 46.63%agricultural ammonia emission reduction.The annual average concentrations of sulfate decreased by 2.93%,3.45%and 4.24%,respectively.The annual average nitrate concentration decreased by 6.85%,17.90%and 23.32%,and the annual average concentration of ammonium decreased by 5.26%,15.20%and 15.20%.Agricultural ammonia emission reduction has a certain improvement effect on PM2.5 pollution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The effect of agricultural ammonia emission reduction on nitrate is the most,ammonia salt is the second,and the sulphate is the smallest.The implementation of agricultural ammonia emission reduction control plan will bring76.89195.89 billion yuan health benefits to Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,which will account for 0.11%0.28%of GDP in 2014.With the increase of ammonia emission reduction,the health benefits will also increase.
