Among many environmental pollution problems in China,soil and water pollution and destruction have become one of the key factors restricting the rapid development of economy and society,and the construction of sewage treatment plants is one of the important measures to solve water pollution.In this paper,the operation effect of underground sewage treatment plant is analyzed on the premise of new Jingang sewage treatment plant.After deciding to adopt"underground"sewage treatment plant,this paper analyses the present situation and characteristics of underground sewage treatment plants at home and abroad,summarizes the significance of underground sewage treatment plant design and research content,analyses the existing problems of sewage drainage and sewage treatment system planning,and determines the detection project indicators,adoption methods and water quality requirements of influent and effluent.A~2O-MBR process is adopted in the process,which has the characteristics of less land occupation,small sludge volume,advancement and maturation.On the basis of the comparison and selection of sewage treatment schemes,the process and scheme are determined,and the size of unit structures and subsidiary structures are determined.After the start-up of the underground sewage plant,the abnormal water quality in the early March of operation was analyzed,and process operation control and standard control was carried out for the maximum total nitrogen in the effluent was up to 25.9 mg/L.After stable operation,the data of underground sewage treatment plant and two overground sewage treatment plants which are mature and stable under the same conditions were compared and analyzed.The total nitrogen removal rate of underground sewage treatment plant was stable at 75.5-82.0%,while the total nitrogen removal rate of the second sewage plant and Jinfeng sewage treatment plant were 55.3-75.0%and 62-79%,respectively.It is concluded that the underground sewage treatment plant has better operational efficiency,and the effluent index is not affected by seasonal changes and keeps stable over the years.The in-depth analysis of the effect of water treatment in the underground sewage plant in 2017 was conducted,and the analysis indicators were COD,BOD5,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,SS,and the removal rates were stable at 91.0-95.3%,97.6-98.6%,99.4-99.7%,74.8-81.5%,94.4-99.2%,96.4-97.9%,respectively.The A~2O-MBR process had a good effect on the operation of underground sewage plants,and the effluent water quality was stable and up to standard discharge,and in winter the indicator was not affected by low temperatures.The energy consumption in 2017 was studied and analyzed.The analysis indicators were sewage treatment capacity,power consumption,sludge disposal volume,drug consumption,etc.Compared with last year’s data,the reasons for the rise and fall of technical and economic indicators were analyzed.Then the pretreatment system,biochemical treatment system,blower system and sludge dewatering system in daily production were further optimized.The energy consumption and the annual consumption of medicines of aeration system and sludge treatment system in the upgrading system of sewage treatment plant in recent two years were studied.The energy-saving and consumption-reducing countermeasures for the above systems were explored to further optimize the operation.Finally,through the analysis of total project investment,cost analysis,fund raising and environmental benefit,the operation cost and benefit analysis was carried out.
