| Along with the wave of "made in China 2025",the aerospace manufacturing industry has undergone regeneration and transformation in production mode and organization form.According to the characteristics of aerospace servo housing,the automatic machining system of aluminum alloy servo has been designed in this paper.Based on the existing process equipment and aluminum alloy servo housing,the overall scheme has been designed and planed in this paper.Firstly,the required hardware is supported.The RFID radio frequency identification chips are designed and arranged.The automatic handling and processing of the aluminum alloy servo housing in the processing system is accomplished through the research and development of PLC control programs.Then the central control system for human-computer interaction is accomplished.In this paper,four kinds of aluminum alloy servo shells are selected as processed objects,and the NC tools used for processing are optimized,and the external tool magazine with a capacity of more than 300 is constructed.The mechanical arms,guide rails,pre-installed workstations and shelves are constructed.The RFID radio frequency identification chip is designed and arranged according to the flow position of the servo housing in the unit.According to the flow track of the servo housing in the unit,five key actions are identified for: material storing,taking out,loading,cutting and transferring.Then based on the characteristics of 5 actions,make its workflows.PLC control technology is used to programmed,which finishes automatic identification of servo housing in 5 key actions,transports the servo housing within the system by robot arm.Reconstruct three CNC machine tools in the processing system and then achieve the information interconnection between each machine tool and each position of the RFID radio frequency identification chip and the robot arm in the processing system.Through the development and construction of the automatic control system of the central control software,the processing system can be set in the program after self-starting,the control commands are transmitted to each terminal in an orderly manner.The information of each terminal can be fed back to the central control system to form a closed-loop system,and the system has a simple fault avoidance function.The design and implementation of the aluminum alloy servo shell automatic processing system changed the old-style manufacturing mode,greatly improved the production efficiency and processing quality,and the stable operation of the processing system provided a reference for the aerospace manufacturing industry. |
