With the increasingly fierce business competition,the degree of agreement between the principal agent relationships become an important factor affecting the operator,and executive compensation is the core issue.J Company as a listed company,executive compensation can't match the overall development of the enterprise;executive compensation has become an urgent problem.How to build a executive compensation system,stimulate the enthusiasm of the executive team,to achieve internal equity,the success of the high salary into efficiency,become the focus of current work.From the design of executive compensation system theory,compensation theory,based on a comprehensive review of the relevant literature.This article takes J Company as an example,expansion of executive compensation survey in the enterprise;deeply understand the present enterprises in executive compensation and the existing problems.Secondly,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the executive compensation system of J Company,and makes a feasibility analysis.Finally,according to the actual situation of J Company,combing the design ideas,the company's executive compensation system of post evaluation,the specific content and the limitations,and finally put forward the measures to guarantee the implementation of executive compensation system of J Company,and ultimately improve the executive compensation system of J company target. |
