The Research On The Legal Problem For China's Thermal Power Flue Gas Governance Industry

We all know the importance of environmental protection,and we all approve of strengthening environmental protection.However,since the first environment law enacted in 1979 to now,China's Environment Law has governed for about 40 years,our environmental protection did not succeeded.Under the background of “take economic construction as the central task” and “rule of law”,this paper will emphasize the study on the legal system of thermal power flue gas governance industry from the two aspects that the legalization of environmental protection and the industrialization of environmental protection.According to the current law and regulations of thermal power flue gas governance industry,this paper will introduce the development of thermal power flue gas governance industry,and analyze the operation of legal system of China's thermal power fuel gas governance industry,what's more,give some suggestions and prospective on the legal system design of China's thermal power fuel gas governance industry.As concerned as this paper is,environmental protection must attach importance to the legalization and industrialization,using legalization to motivate industrialization,facilitating the development of environmental protection industry,and balancing the interests allocation among three main subject of environmental protection,which is conducive to treat pollution effectively.
