Study On Environment Crisis Management In SOEs

Under the background of informationization and economic globalization,NX company as China's most scale cigarette tow production state-owned holding company not only bear the economic function of the general state-owned holding enterprise,and because of the respective characteristics of chemical industry,cannot escape the more corporate social responsibility issues,especially the issue of environmental protection,has been the focus of public attention,in the event of any accident,will be faced with crisis expansion problem.As state-owned holding and chemical enterprise,how to take the corresponding crisis management for the event or accident,will have very important practical significance.Based on the above considerations,this paper will be the theoretical basis and research status at home and abroad in crisis management and corporate social responsibility are reviewed as an important basis for the follow-up case study;on the one hand,using the method of case study,a typical example of leaks from Japan's Fukushima nuclear crisis management of foreign enterprises,and discusses the oil spills in the domestic large-scale state-owned enterprises the crisis management,including lack of accident and the process of crisis management in the process of in-depth analysis,to prepare for the NX company to improve the crisis management system;on the other hand,through the NX environmental crisis event introduction,analysis,combined with the status quo and system arrangement of company crisis management,choose from the three angles of crisis management system design,cognitive and crisis public relations channel put forward NX company exists in crisis management problems.On the basis of the above research,this paper respectively for NX company crisis management plans,corporate image and social responsibility of the performance and the public sector relationship maintenance suggestions and further improve the NX company crisis management.NX company crisis management improvement can not only become the other state-owned enterprises to achieve a similar crisis management system to improve the demonstration,at the same time help Sino foreign joint venture enterprises and other units in the face of crisis,to provide the corresponding reference.
