Paper is an important consumable and industrial raw material in people's life.Most medium-sized papermaking enterprises in the production process of paper machine,due to foreign technology monopoly,the paper quality parameters can not be effectively monitored online,resulting in energy waste and environmental pollution.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of paper and reduce energy consumption,this paper studies the online monitoring system of paper parameters based on python.Firstly,the paper parameters online monitoring system needs analysis,papermaking process and the overall structure of the monitoring system are studied.Starting from the overall software and hardware structure design of the monitoring system,the key factors affecting the quality of paper in the production process-quantitative and moisture are analyzed,and the relationship between paper moisture,filler,fiber and quantitative is studied.Moisture communication protocol.Based on the demand of online monitoring system for paper parameters,the following monitoring system schemes are proposed.(1)Using PyQt5 architecture to realize online monitoring of paper parameters in local workshops;(2)Flask architecture is adopted to realize the browser-side monitoring of paper monitoring system.(3)Cloud server architecture is adopted to realize remote monitoring of paper parameters and mobile terminal monitoring.Using the SQL Alchemy framework,the cloud database is established to realize the setting of paper quantitative and moisture parameters and event recall.Using Flask-Script integrated Alchemy framework,the migration function of the database is realized,which makes the historical database easy to update and expand.Under the framework of PyQt5,by using multithreading programming technology and PyQtGraph plug-in,the functions of login,quantitative and moisture parameter display,alarm event record and recall of monitoring system are realized.Under the framework of Flask,Using HTML 5,CSS and JavaScript technology,the functions of login registration,map navigation,real-time monitoring,historical data query and data interaction of the paper parameters local monitoring system based on B/S are realized.In addition,the notification of abnormal events of paper quantitative and moisture data was designed.Under the cloud-based architecture,the system monitoring program of local server side is deployed into the cloud by using the cooperation of uWSGI and nginx servers to realize the function of online monitoring of paper parameters of remote and mobile terminals.Finally,the function of the system is verified by the test experiment.
