With the continuous fluctuation of global oil prices and the increasing strategic oil reserves of various countries,VLCC offshore oil storage has become a new way to strengthen strategic oil reserves and increase oil reserve facilities in China.However,the safety of VLCC offshore oil storage is not guaranteed due to the absence of relevant laws,regulations and industry norms.Therefore,the research on the performance monitoring technology of the main equipment of the aged VLCC offshore oil storage can improve the safety of the VLCC offshore oil storage.Firstly,it introduces the reasons for the rise of VLCC offshore oil storage,analyzes the current situation of offshore oil storage,and combines the urgent needs of China's strategic oil reserves,analyzes several oil storage methods,and summarizes the advantages of offshore oil storage.And it introduces the main equipment of aging VLCC offshore oil storage.It makes a comprehensive analysis of the process of VLCC offshore oil storage and determines the complete process of VLCC offshore oil storage.Considering the safety issues involved in each process,combined with the main characteristics of the aged VLCC equipment,the various equipment involved in offshore oil storage are analyzed,and the main equipment for VLCC offshore oil storage is selected.According to the influence factors on the safety of oil tankers,the main performance parameters of these equipments are selected.Secondly,it introduces four sensor placement techniques and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies.Taking a 308000 ton VLCC as an example,the arrangement of sensors in the VLCC cargo tank is introduced.According to the principle of practicability,the layout of the cargo tank sensor of 308,000 tons of VLCC is optimized by selecting the appropriate layout technology of the cargo tank sensor.The optimized arrangement can obtain the cabin data more accurately and stably,which is more advantageous than the original method.Finally,the aged VLCC offshore oil storage equipment performance monitoring system is established by Python.It introduces the Python language and its advantages,analyzes the functional and performance requirements of the system.According to the requirement,the overall framework of the system is designed,and the performance monitoring system of the main equipment of the aged VLCC offshore oil storage is constructed.The function of the system is realized by using Python sub-module.After phased test,the test results are all normal,and the functions are basically realized.Finally,through the error calculation of the actual parameter value and the system output value,the system data accuracy rate meets the requirements,and the overall test is successful,and the system has the practical application effect.In this dissertation,the sensor arrangement of cargo tanks is optimized by using the sensor arrangement technology based on effective independent legislation,and the performance monitoring system of the main equipment of aged VLCC offshore oil storage is constructed by using Python.The results obtained have good applicability and can be extended to other VLCC,oil tankers and even other types of transport ships.
