At present,each cigarette pack printing company has the problem of paper deformation in the production process.Aluminum coated paper is an important material for cigarette packs.Due to the two-sided structural characteristics,it is more prone to deformation.The deformation of the aluminized paper in the cigarette pack production process can lead to problems such as overprinting,inability to get on the machine,curling and curling,and the like,resulting in a lot of waste.Therefore,the factors that affect the deformation of aluminum-coated paper are studied,and the deformation control methods of aluminum-coated paper are put forward.It is urgent and necessary for tobacco packaging production.This paper first analyzes the factors affecting the deformation of the aluminized paper,and concludes that the change in water content is the primary cause of deformation.The moisture content of the aluminized paper is mainly related to the ambient temperature and humidity of the aluminized paper.Therefore,the water content of the aluminized paper is Environmental temperature and humidity control,to solve the problem of deformation of aluminum coated paper.By fitting the flatness of the aluminized paper under different moisture content,the standard moisture content of the aluminized paper is 7.12%,that is,when the aluminized paper is not deformed at this moisture content,the printability is the best.Based on this standard,the horizontal and vertical dimensional deformation rates of aluminized paper under various water contents were calculated and fitted to obtain the water content-deformation rate model of aluminized paper,and the horizontal and vertical deformation rate of aluminized paper was obtained with the water content.Increase and increase,and the lateral deformation rate is about 3 to 10 times the longitudinal deformation rate.The production allowable deformation rate range was substituted into the moisture content-deformation rate model of aluminized paper,and the control range of moisture content of aluminized paper was obtained as[6.95%,7.31%].Based on the above research,this paper further studied the effect of ambient temperature and humidity on the equilibrium water content of aluminum-coated paper.By measuring the equilibrium water content of aluminum-coated paper at different ambient temperatures and humidity,it was found that at the same ambient temperature,the equilibrium water content of aluminum-coated paper increases with the increase of the relative humidity of the environment,and at lower humidity(40%?60%)The equilibrium water content change is relatively flat,and the equilibrium moisture content changes rapidly at higher humidity(60%?80%).Under the same ambient relative humidity,the equilibrium moisture content of aluminum-coated paper increases with the ambient temperature.It is high and decreases,and the change is slower.It can be seen that the equilibrium water content of the aluminized paper is greatly affected by the relative humidity of the environment and less affected by the ambient temperature.At the same time,it was found that under the same ambient temperature and humidity conditions,the equilibrium moisture content in the dehumidification process is always higher than the equilibrium moisture content in the moisture absorption process,that is,the hysteresis effect of the paper.Polynomial fitting was performed on the data of the equilibrium moisture content under various temperature and humidity conditions to obtain the equilibrium moisture content model of aluminum-plated paper.According to this model,the paper can accurately predict the equilibrium moisture content of paper under specific temperature and humidity,and control the moisture content of aluminum-coated paper.The range[6.95%,7.31%]is substituted into this model to obtain the environmental temperature and humidity control range of aluminized paper,which is the temperature control range[20.4412°C,26.27970?]and the humidity control range[53.886%,58.0422%].In this paper,the rate of moisture absorption and desorption of aluminum coated paper from cigarette packs was studied.The method of controlling deformation of aluminum coated paper was controlled by environmental temperature and humidity control to directly monitor the moisture content.The indirect and hysteresis of environmental temperature and humidity control methods were solved.Through experiments and analysis,it was determined that the influencing factor of the moisture absorption and desorption rate is the equilibrium water content difference,and a moisture absorption and desorption rate model was established based on this.According to this model,the real-time monitoring of the moisture content of the aluminized paper and the prediction of the change trend can be realized,so as to provide some guidance for the deformation control of the aluminized paper in cigarette pack production.
