Research On Popular Clothing In Hip-hop Culture

The wave of the new era has swept the development of the whole social formation.Under the impact of the development of modern multiculturalism,there is a unique and artistic cultural expression has attracted more and more people’s attention,it is the hip-hop culture which evolved from the American street winds and years of baptism.This paper mainly analyzes and explores the development history of hip-hop culture and the application design of hip-hop fashion.The articel through the research methods of literature research,functional analysis and case analysis,to understand the progress history,emotional attitudes and values hip-hop culture etc.The hip-hop culture,which has been carved out through various subjective and objective factors,is rapidly “growing” and gradually infiltrating into various cross-border fields.The innovation of this article is looking at the essential problem through the popular phenomenon.From both inside and outside to reflect that people’s demand for clothing is not limited to mainstream aesthetic values in objective impressions.It explains that clothing can create a unique role based on a specific cultural background.First of all,the article based on the retrospective of the evolution of hip-hop culture,combined with psychological knowledge to summarize three stages about the development hip-hop culture.Hip-hop culture shows the customs of a particular era,and the artistic style of the new and different styles is in various forms.Secondly,with the hip-hop style as the representation,it focus on the development and characteristics of hip-hop style clothing.Combining contemporary typical cases,we interpret the influence of hip-hop style on fashion and real life from different aspects of clothing and consumers.At last,objectively discussing the design and development of hip-hop style elements from the perspective of the three elements of fashion design which has profound value to the fashion designer and the entire clothing industry.
