Research On The Relationship Between County Credit Environment And County Economic Growth

The county economy is the basic unit and an important component of China's national economic development,also occupies important and special position in the national economic development system.Strengthening the county economy first proposed in the 16 th National People's Congress,and then in the 19 th National People Congress,President Xi Jinping clearly stated that strengthening the county economy is an important force to ensure that win the fight that against poverty on time,it inferred that attache great importance to the county economy.On the one hand,priority development of the urban economy and industrial economy as a strategic objective in a long time at China.On the other hand,the single county's economic structure,the Inefficient and backward county financial with the poor county credit environment which restricts the development of the county economy.The regional credit environment has an important impact on the business environment.The county credit environment promotes the local economy and strengthen the county economy.The 18 th National People's Congress proposed to strengthen the strategic deployment of government integrity,business integrity,social integrity and judicial integrity,reflecting the government's high regard for integrity issues.Frist,this paper makes a brief analysis the current situation of credit environment and economic growth in the whole country,Jiangsu and Zhejiang province.Based on the research results of credit environment and economic growth evaluation by scholars,through quantifying the construction level of government credit system,cultural environment,opening up to the world and information exchange construct a county credit environment evaluation index system containing three-level indicators.The principal component analysis method is used to reduce the dimensions of the index system and calculate the corresponding scores.The per capita county GDP is taken as a measure of the county's economic growth.The panel regression model is established based on the annual panel data of 41 county-level cities in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces from 2011 to 2017.Then the fixed effect model is used to analyze the credit environment and economic growth of counties in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces.Then on the base of these,through the comparative analysis of Southern Jiangsu,Central and Northern Jiangsu,Northeastern Zhejiang and Southwestern Zhejiang,the differences among different regions are studied.The research shows that the optimization of county credit environment in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces has a significant role in promoting economic growth;the optimization of credit environment plays a more significant role in promoting economic growth,in the counties of central and Northern Jiangsu with poor credit environment and economic foundation;and the improvement of government social credit system has a more significant impact on county economic growth in Zhejiang Province than in Jiangsu Province.Finally,the paper puts forward policy suggestions on how to promote regional economic growth by strengthening the construction of credit environment in our county.
