The vertical degerminator is an important processing in rice processing line,so the research and optimization for it has important significance.But companies at home and abroad study on the degerming performance mainly depend on experience and lots of tests for much combination of different test parameters.Sometimes it is difficult to evaluate and analysis after getting test results.Therefore we need a scientific test and evaluation method to solve such complex case involving multiple factors and multiple levels.The article establishes the research contents of the topic after researching and analyzing the present situation and open issues.We put forward the design scheme of vertical degerminator and confirm main structure parameters and the type of bearings,and also confirm the allowable amount of unbalance for dynamic balance of main shaft.The mechanical design provides the foundation and possibility for prototype manufacturing and degerming performance optimization.The article confirms degerming performance parameters including degerming rate,broken rate,capacity,degree of whitening and tons of power consumption,and expounds the instruments and methods.It also confirms the factors influencing the properties of degerming,including screen configuration,rice blade thickness,roller angle and main shaft speed.The test factors contains three levels,different test factors and levels have lots of combinations,and between various factors are mutual influence and mutual restriction.The article uses orthogonal experiment method,designs the test scheme and chooses the appropriate orthogonal table based on the design and analysis of vertical degerminator.We design the test parts for quick change.We get the optimal configuration after using comprehensive balance method,comprehensive evaluation method and scoring line method to analyze results and verify the improvement of degerming performance by trial. |
