In recent years,with the national attention to environmental protection and garbage recycling,garbage classification has been deeply popular.Garbage classification should run through the stages of classification delivery,classification collection,classification transportation and classification treatment.Because the garbage classification in our country is later than other countries,the sanitation equipment in the garbage classification stage is less than that in other countries,which leads to the re-mixed collection of the classified waste.In order to solve this problem,it is urgent to update and improve the refuse transfer station in residential district.In this paper,through the study of the building environment characteristics of residential areas and the construction of population characteristics model,and combined with systematic design,optimization methods and various design methods and theories and techniques.To explore an innovative design program for residential district classification refuse transfer station.First of all,the classified refuse transfer station designed in this paper is designed in the residential district as the design environment.Through on-the-spot investigation and other ways to obtain environmental building samples of residential areas,using KJ method to obtain the characteristics of residential areas evaluation indicators,and combined with the multi-scale method,cluster analysis method to select representative samples of residential areas.This paper analyzes the source of household garbage output in residential area,and takes it as the survey content to sample the population in the community.The principal component analysis(PCA)should be used to analyze the community users in order to construct the characteristic model of MSW demand in each group.Secondly,based on the existing garbage transfer station and related products,this paper analyzes the function and principle,draws lessons from part of the function structure diagram,and then innovates the function structure diagram of the classified garbage transfer station in residential district.Based on the functional structure diagram,a large number of innovative design schemes are obtained by solving the functional elements and morphological matrix.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was applied to establish the comprehensive schemeevaluation system of residential district classified refuse transfer station,and the weight of each index was determined.On this basis,the fuzzy evaluation method was used to select the optimal design scheme.Finally,the three-dimensional modeling software and Keyshot rendering software are used to model and express the optimal scheme,and the structural characteristics of the garbage transfer station and the simulation analysis of the operation process are analyzed.The results show that the innovative design scheme is reasonable and feasible.
