Abstract/Summary:
With the idea of adhering to green mining and "full mining full charge",the mining technique of plaster filling in coal mine has been applied in some coal mines in our country.But at present,the fixed coal paste filling station is all filled with equipment.There is a relatively high cost of initial investment and ton coal filling and mining.Especially after the completion of mining,most of the equipment in the filling station can’t be recovered,transferred and reused.Although the fixed coal paste filling station is very beneficial to the environmental protection during coal mining,the high input cost and the failure to recover it largely limit the popularization of paste filling technology.In view of this,this paper studies the reutilization of the reconfigurable field in the coal mine paste filling station.In this paper,through the analysis and design of the ferry transportation transfinite equipment modular design method of a fixed type coal mine paste filling station overall structure,mechanical and electrical product design for disassembly method,electromechanical system,aiming at coal mine paste filling station can transfer reconfigurable modular design method,and establishes a modular design criteria field reconstruction and,through the AHP method to solve the relative weights of module partition criterion.In this paper,the rough set theory and fuzzy clustering method are introduced to solve the uncertainty problem in the module division process of the paste filling station.The correlation strength matrix of paste filling station components is transformed into fuzzy equivalent matrix represented by rough number,and the dynamic clustering diagram of fuzzy equivalent matrix upper limit and rough lower limit is solved by MATLAB.According to the principle of module granularity and moderate granularity,the three schemes with the same division results are selected as the initial partition scheme of paste filling station in rough upper limit and rough lower limit dynamic clustering diagram.Based on the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the evaluation method of initial partition scheme for paste filling station is established.The two grade evaluation index system for the module division of the coal mine paste filling station is determined,and the membership function of each index is established on the principle of maximum membership degree.By solving the membership degree and the first grade index evaluation matrix of each scheme under the two level index,the optimal partition scheme of the paste filling station is finally determined.
