The Research On Sporadic Building Maintenance Of State-owned Enterprise

State-owned enterprises are the mainstay of China's economy and bear important economic and social functions.As the economy takes off,the material needs of the people continue to increase,and higher requirements are placed on the efficiency of state-owned enterprises' production and management.Sporadic maintenance is an indispensable part of the daily operation of state-owned enterprises.It has many types,such as small single demand and high frequency.Supply chain management is an important management tool for modern enterprises,providing solutions for efficient management of information flow,capital flow,and product flow.Therefore,treating sporadic maintenance projects as a service or product,and managing their procurement through supply chain management technology will provide strong support for state-owned enterprises to improve their operational management efficiency.This paper summarizes the characteristics of sporadic maintenance engineering and the traditional management mode of sporadic maintenance.It mainly studies the application of supply chain management technology in sporadic maintenance engineering.Based on the current research background and the actual situation of state-owned enterprise management,this paper constructs a three-stage management model of sporadic maintenance engineering of state-owned enterprises based on supply chain partnership.The improved TOPSIS method is used to select and evaluate suppliers and compare with traditional suppliers.Differences in evaluation methods.The management model proposed in this paper comprehensively considers subjective factors and objective factors,and considers the prior knowledge of managers and the objective quality requirements for maintenance engineering,and elaborates the detailed calculation process.The management model proposed in this paper has carried out an empirical analysis in a state-owned tobacco manufacturing enterprise,and reflects the advantages of the supplier evaluation selection system proposed in this paper by comparison with the classical index evaluation method.
