Sacha Inchi oil(SIO)contains a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids,especially linolenic acid.can provide the body's essential unsaturated fatty acids.However,it is because of its rich in a large number of unsaturated fatty acids,which makes it difficult to preserve the fruit oil,prone to spoilage and other problems.In order to improve the stability of the American rattan fruit oil,the paper tries to build a stable microemulsion system for the nutrition and medical application value.The main research contents are as follows:1.The "Dripping method" is used to determine the maximum solubilization of water in the microemulsion system of the American rattan fruit oil,so as to determine the boundary region formed by Microemulsion.By contrasting the effect of different surfactants on the phase behavior of microemulsion system,in order to determine the suitable surfactant in the US-rattan fruit oil microemulsion system as tween-80,the suitable solvent for ethyl acetate was determined by the same method,and the single-phase area of ternary phase diagram formed by comparing the different proportions of the American-vine fruit oil and the help solvent was compared.The final selection of the SIO and ethyl acetate ratio of 1:1,1:2 and 1:33 proportion as the composition of the oil phase.2.A series of microemulsion systems which can be diluted indefinitely are prepared.The dyeing method,conductivity,viscosity and observation method were used to determine the oil-water state when the water content is less than 30% and the water content is greater than 60%.The water content of the prepared is 70%,the centrifugal stability,pH stability and salinity stability of the reverse-phase American-vine-oil microemulsion system of 80% and 90% were carried out,and the experimental results showed that the clear and transparent state could be maintained under different centrifugal conditions,pH and salinity,and the particle size distribution was even.The stability of microemulsion prepared by this paper is further proved by high temperature experiment.The oxidation stability test shows that the microemulsion system can effectively protect the stability of the main components.3.The successful construction of two kinds of plant essential oil of the American vine Fruit Oil micro-emulsion system.The related properties of the American rattan fruit oil microemulsion loaded with plant essential oil were studied,and the results showed that the oil microemulsion with the essential oil of the plant had good stability,and there was no obvious settlement or stratification in the storage period,and the particle size distribution was even.
