Vegetable oils have high content of unsaturated fatty acids, and part of them can be up to 80%.Unsaturated fatty acids have the effect of improving cell activity, maintaining moisture, promoting cell regeneration, scavenging free radicals, improving the antioxidant capacity of the skin.So vegetable oils are widely used in high-ranking cosmetics. However, the problems that oxidation of unsaturated fatty acids, the precipitatio n of oil and the destruction of unsaturated fatty acids by heating emulsions limit ed the amount of vegetable oil added in cosmetics.Due to its high oil content and long-term stability, microemulsion well meets the needs of high oil content and stability of cosmetics. In this paper, microemulsion system with high vegetable oil content was constructed by Sacha inchi oil.The effects of vegetable oil species, vegetable oil compound, cosurfactant, surfactant and oil phase adjuvant on the construction of microemulsion system were studied. The microemulsified vegetable oil was added to the cosmetics and analyzed. The main conclusions were as follows:1.Sacha inchi oil and olive oilwere easier to construct a microemulsion system with high vegetable oil content than jojoba oil and camellia seed oil.The combination of sacha inchi oil and other vegetable oils also built a microemulsion system with high vegetable oil content. The content of vegetable oil in microemulsion s ystem constructed by jojoba oil and camellia seed oilwas low. When they were mixed with the sacha inchi oil,the microemulsion system vegetable oil content increased by 25% and 62%.Among them, the content of vegetable oil in the microemulsion system was the highest, which reached 23.8%.2.Through the optimization,PEG400,hydrogenated castor oil, isopropyl myristate werethe final selection used as microemulsion system's surfactants, surfactants and oil phase adjuvant.Solubilization effect of cosurfactant on vegetable oil: PEG400>N-butanol>ethanol.The decrease in the amount of surfactant was beneficial to the increase of vegetable oil content in microemulsion system.Only Tween 80 and hydrogenated castor oil were able tosuccessfully construct microemulsio n systems in the study of selected 13 surfactants. The average content of vegetable oil in the microemulsion system of hydrogenated castor oil was 24%-35%,which was 42% higher than that of Tween 80.And the amount of surfactant was lower(compared to Tween 80,the amount of surfactant was reduced by 61%).The use of colorless and tasteless myristate isopropyl ester instead of the irritating odor limonene to build the microemulsion system still had more than 35% high vegetable oil content.3.The optimal formula of microemulsion system with high vegetable oil content was obtained by pseudo ternary phase diagram: 2.5 g sacha inchi oil was compound with 1.5 g olive oil,2 g isopropyl myristate as assisted oil phase,2 g PEG400 as cosurfactant,2 g hydrogenated castor oil as surfactant, dropping water to build the microemulsion system, the vegetable oil reached 39.53%.4.Microemulsion system helped improving cosmetic's performance.Between pure oil compound cosmetics,high-speed dispersion emulsion compound cosmetics and microemulsified compound cosmetics, microemulsified system had the characteristics of small particle size, high degree of dispersion, low pH value and moderate viscosity.Microemulsified compound cosmetics was better in centrifugal, refrigerated, heated, alternating heat and heat stability.Microemulsion and cosmetic base formula according to 1:2 complex system has the best penetration capacity, reached 79.6%,higher than the microemulsion and cosmetics base formula according to 1: 3 complex system 4%,average higher than the high-speed dispersion 55% Higher than pure oil 116%.
