Coal flotation flotation system is an important component of coal washing and processing.Improving its automation control level is of great significance to improve coal quality and improve production efficiency.Flotation automation control is getting more and more attention,such as automatic addition of medicaments and automatic adjustment of equipment.Therefore,the research on the flotation automatic control system is of great significance.This paper analyzes and summarizes the automated production and monitoring technologies used in coal preparation plants at home and abroad.It is difficult to accurately quantify the dosing system in the flotation process,the recovery rate is low,and the flotation index fluctuates frequently,which leads to the decline of product quality.Less efficient problem.This paper takes the flotation system of coal preparation plant as the research object,studies the process flow of flotation system,analyzes the main factors affecting the accuracy of flotation and uses the feedforward feedback control algorithm to optimize the flotation process.Secondly,through analysis and The important factors related to flotation of clean coal ash were established,and the additive model of flotation reagent was established.The correctness of the model was verified by experimental simulation.The use type of flotation reagent and the ratio of dosage ratio were determined.Finally,the flotation was designed.Automatic control system,and select Siemens s7-300 as the core module of PLC control,with wincc display control module to achieve control and monitoring functions.The system software mainly realizes the automatic control through the programming of the PLC,so that the system can guide the addition of the medicament,and establishes the real-time control system of the upper monitoring system to monitor the coal washing process at the scene,and finally realizes the automatic control of the flotation system of the coal preparation plantThrough the research on the flotation automatic control system of the coal preparation plant,the production efficiency can be improved and the product quality can be ensured.The automation control field of the coal preparation plant can be supplemented and improved which has certain theoretical research and engineering application value.
