| Floatation dosing is a requisite part of coal slime flotation process,which has great influence on flotation effect.Due to the lack of high-precision testing equipment and effective flotation variable dosing strategy in the current flotation production,the amount of dosage is added often only by production experience of workers.This method of dosing not only increases labor intensity of the workers,but also affects the production efficiency because of subjective factors caused by the instability of flotation coal ash.In order to overcome the above issues,coal slime flotation dosing control system is studied by intelligent dosing technology in the basis of deep analysis of Zhaolou coal flotation process.The control system is developed through regarding coal ash of flotation as the main control of the system,dosing to slime preprocessor as controlled variable and applying image recognition technology and expert system as a means of supervision.First of all,the impact of flotation dosing important process parameters of flotation medicine is determined through studying the flotation process and the actual production data records.The prediction model of flotation medicine based on GRNN neural network is established on the basis above,and parameters of the neural network model are solved by cross validation search algorithm.It is obtained that this network is superior to BP neural network in the aspects of flotation dosing.Secondly,the main foam characteristics affecting the flotation of clean coal ash is screened by the MIV value evaluation method on the basis of foam images after noise treatment.The prediction model of flotation coal ash based on RBF neural network is established,and the model parameters are solved by recursive least squares method.And then it is obtained that this network is superior to BP network in the aspects of flotation coal ash through the simulation.Thirdly,on the basis of the prediction of coal ash and the extraction of the foam image,the flotation dose correction model with the expert system as the core is established,and the prediction flotation dosage is corrected online.Finally,hardware and software of system are built on the basis of the above research,and feasibility of its research is verified by simulation of the system. |
