As a new type of nanomaterial,graphene has a series of special performance requirements such as antistatic performance and high thermal conductivity of rubber products such as tires.However,the application of graphene in tires faces many difficulties.The main reason is that graphene is light in weight,large in specific surface area,and easy to agglomerate,resulting in difficulty in dispersion in the rubber matrix,and it is difficult to achieve an ideal reinforcing effect.Based on the previous studies,this paper discusses the dispersion mechanism of graphene,optimizes the process and chemical modification,systematically studies the preparation method and properties of graphene in NR/SSBR,and solves graphene.The problem of easy agglomeration and difficult dispersion in the rubber matrix is of great significance for promoting the application of graphene in rubber.The main work done in this paper is as follows:(1)Different content and diameter were studied by SU8010 scanning electron microscope,rotorless rheometer,RPA2000,AI-70000 M universal tensile testing machine,laser flash thermal conductivity analyzer,differential pressure method gas permeation instrument and impedance analyzer.The effect of structural graphene and graphene oxide on the properties of composites.The thermal conductivity parameters,air tightness parameters and electrical conductivity parameters of the composite material were measured by a laser flash thermal conductivity analyzer,a differential pressure method gas permeation instrument,and an impedance analyzer.(2)The performance difference of rGO/NR/SSBR composites prepared by latexblending method and mechanical mixing method was studied.The effects of four different reducing agents on the performance of composites were investigated.(3)The effect of xNBR modified graphene oxide on the properties of rGO/NR/SSBR composites was studied,which solved the problem of incompatibility between graphene oxide and non-polar matrix to some extent.(4)The laminated flocculation method of rubber nanocomposites was proposed,which optimized the problem of easy agglomeration of graphene in traditional latex blending method and easy sedimentation,and reduced the generation of wastewater.Compared with latex blending method,rGO/NR/SSBR composites are used to produce rGO/NR/SSBR composites.The rGO/NR/SSBR composites have obvious improvement in physical and mechanical properties,electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity,and are more beneficial to graphite.Uniform dispersion of the olefin in the compound.
