Single homopolymer is hardto meet high performance requirements.In order to meet differentpurposes, the use of chemical or physical methods to improve polymerperformance to achieve the intended purpose, that is, the so-calledpolymer composites, to get more and more widely.NBR and PVC have good blending process and bettercompatibility, so this system is widely studied and applied. But themethod is optional mixing blending powdered nitrile rubber added to thePVC, this approach still blends uneven. this experiment attempts tosuspension by the nitrile latex and PVC paste resin/suspension PVC.
