The Study On Competitive Strategy Of Zhoushan Marine Bonded Fuel Oil Supply Business

Economic globalization is constantly promoting trade in trade in goods and services among countries.Today,China is the world's leading cargo shipping country,with largest container throughput and fleet size.While compared with developed countries,there is still a big gap in the capacity and level of shipping services.Therefore,how to improve the international competitiveness of China's ports and shipping services draws more and more attention from the government,research institutions,universities and relevant port enterprises.Marine bonded fuel oil supply for international ships,which promotes the development of services including shipping & admiralty,insurance,banking & finance,is key to berthing.As international oil price,national and regional strategies change,bonded fuel oil supply becomes the concentration between international and domestic ports.However,the scale of marine bonded fuel oil supply in China's ports is small and the service level lags behind.China(Zhejiang)Pilot Free Trade Zone Overall Plan approved by the state council clearly proposes "to build a Northeast Asia bonded fuel oil supply center in Zhoushan".It is a national level task for Zhoushan,which will promote the construction of the international maritime service base,and ocean-river combined transport service center,as well as the development of marine economy.This paper takes marine bonded fuel oil supply as the study field and employs competitive strategy as the research method.First of all,this paper analyzes the present situation of Zhoushan bonded fuel oil supply business,and the influence of domestic and foreign macroeconomic environment and industry internal environment on the development of marine bonded fuel oil supply.Second,it introduces the current situation of marine bonded fuel oil supply market in Singapore,Hong Kong,other developed regions and China.And analysis the countries in terms of location conditions,oil supply environment,oil prices,and so on.Then by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of developing marine bonded fuel oil supply between Zhoushan and other three important Asian ports including Singapore,Busan and Shanghai,Furthermore,taking Zhoushan as an example,this paper employs the Porter's diamond model to analyze the competitive factors.It shows that Zhoushan has strong competitive advantages and prospective development in marine bonded fuel oil supply.carrying out this business is feasible Finally,the paper proposes short term,middle term and long term development strategy and corresponding approaches for Zhoushan.
