| The climate problems caused by greenhouse gas emissions pose serious challenges to the sustainable development of the global economy. In response to environmental changes,China officially launched the national carbon emissions trading market on December 19,2017.As a pillar industry of the national economy, the steel industry has a large total carbon emissions and is expected to be included in the national carbon trading market soon.In this context, the steel industry faces enormous challenges in carbon emission reduction, and carbon emission reduction needs to take into account factors such as product pricing, emission reduction cost, demand, and post-trade benefits. Therefore, carbon emission reduction should be started from the whole supply chain operation, among which the cooperative emission reduction of supply chain enterprises is one of the most important hot issues at present. In addition, for the steel industry,China has not proposed a clear carbon allowance allocation method, and the national carbon trading market is in the embryonic stage. If the free allocation is adopted at the initial stage, the market can be established quickly. At present, there are mainly two types of free allocation: historical method and benchmark method. Therefore, the use of historical or benchmark method has become a real problem in the steel industry. In view of these problems, this paper studies the influence of different cooperation modes of steel supply chain under different carbon allowance allocation methods on enterprise emission reduction rate, pricing, demand, profit, etc. It provides reference for the steel supply chain to realize cooperative emission reduction and for the government to establish appropriate free carbon allowance allocation policies. The research contents of this paper mainly include:(1)Establishing the cooperative emission reduction model of steel supply chain under the carbon trading policy.Under different free carbon allowance allocation policies(historical method, benchmark method),for two stage supply chain enterprises to adopt different forms of cooperative(individual decision-making,emission reduction cost sharing, profit sharing, and full cooperation),using game theory respectively establishes different steel supply chain cooperative emission reduction models, uses the inverse induction method to solve the equilibrium problem of the model, uses MATLAB software to analyze the case, analysis the influence of the four cooperation forms on steel supply chain enterprise decision-making and analyze which cooperation form is more conducive to the low carbon development of the steel supply chain.(2)Comparison of different carbon allowance allocation methods and policy recommendations. This paper analyzes which carbon allowance allocation method is more suitable for the low carbon development of the steel supply chain under different cooperation modes and gives some policy recommendations from the perspective of the enterprise.Through the above research, the main conclusions and contributions are as follows:(1)Under different carbon allowance allocation methods, cooperation is not only conducive to the increase of emission reduction of enterprises, but also conducive to the increase of profits of enterprises, while full cooperation is better than profit sharing than emission reduction cost sharing than individual decision making.(2)Under different modes of cooperation, the benchmark method is more effective in promoting steel manufacturers to reduce carbon emissions. For the supply chain as a whole, the benchmark method can both increase the enterprise’s carbon emission reduction and increase the enterprise’s profits. |
