HD Eco-Environmental Protection Company is a state-owned enterprise engaged in investment,development,construction and operation of Eco-environmental protection business.At present,it coincides with the important moment of the company's reform and listing,obtain the key node of the breakthrough of business scale,explore the complex situation of developing new business.It is necessary to be pragmatic,pioneering and innovative,integrity and integrity,honest and dedicated,brave to play,tough team as the cornerstone of the company's development.Facing new situation,new task and new problems in the reform and development of state-owned enterprises.If the state-owned enterprises want to maintain value and increase value in the fierce competition environment,they must better cope with the changes of the external environment and adapt to the reform and reorganization within the enterprise.Strengthen the vitality of state-owned enterprises and the control power of state-owned economy.In the aspect of enterprise management,building high-performance teams can also improve their management level,improve the mechanism and stimulate the innovative spirit of team members.Enterprises can achieve more economic and social benefits,increase a high degree of coordination ability,and in the process of building high-performance teams,can give full play to team spirit.This paper summarizes the theory of team production,team role,incentive theory and other high-performance team building,and analyses the problems,reasons and solutions of HD Eco-Environmental Protection Company(hereinafter referred to as HD Company)in the process of high-performance team building from the real enterprise case.The main research methods used in this paper are qualitative analysis,which is based on literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey and interview method.Based on the concept and characteristics of team-how to build a team-the characteristics and elements of high-performance team-the problems of HD team-building model of high-performance team in HD company are analyzed in this paper.What are the typical problems in team building of state-owned enterprises? What are the key factors for building a high performance team? How will these factors be improved to the best effect and impact on team building of HD company? In the practical research,the author has carried out questionnaires for HD company,collected information from the perspective of team members and obtained the status quo of the team.Based on the research of some main theories of high-performance team building,the author hasanalyzed the root causes of these problems,and put forward the construction plan according to the reality of HD company.Firstly,through identifying vision and explaining mission,inspiration and cohesion can be generated,and the ideological foundation for achieving goals and consensus can be firmly established.Secondly,team managers should pay attention to guiding employees and reflecting on their own behavior so as to enhance leadership and build up the influence of self-righteous people.Thirdly,pay attention to emotional cultivation,scientific,fair and fair selection and employment of personnel to shape the ability of talent cultivation,rational allocation of team roles,enabling organizations to develop individuals and enhance team vitality.Fourthly,to enhance cross-sectoral synergy and create a working atmosphere of trust,cooperation and respect;fifthly,to enhance team enthusiasm,creativity and create performance synergy by establishing a reasonable and effective material and spiritual incentive mechanism.
