Analysis And Study Of Sewage Treatment In The Service Area Of Expressway In Shaanxi Province

With the rapid development of expressway industry in Shaanxi Province,the amount of pollution discharge in expressway service area is increasing.The discharge of sewage has severely disrupted the surrounding environment.If sewage can't reach the discharge standard,it may not only cause local water pollution problems,but also cause social sensitivities.At the same time,Shaanxi Province is in short of water resources,and the rising discharge standards of wastewater,and local ecological and environmental departments have strict environmental requirements.How to support the construction of suitable sewage treatment facilities and establish advanced management and running mechanism to achieve the standard discharge of sewage,the reuse of medium water and the utilization of sewage resources is very importantly.This paper uses literature research method,field investigation method,data analysis method,experience summary method and crossover analysis method,to select 15 typical expressway service areas,and studies the present status of sewage treatment in expressway service areas in Shaanxi Province,and analyzes the existing problems.At last the paper makes suggestions from the technical technology,operation management,supervision and management.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The well water is the main water consumption in the expressway service area of Shaanxi Province,and the sewage production is significantly different in different expressway service areas.60% of the service areas produce sewage in 30-100t/d,the amount of sewage in southern Shaanxi is generally higher than other areas,and 32% of sewage production exceeds200t/d.The quality of sewage production in the service area is worse than the daily domestic sewage.The concentration of organic pollutants and the content of nitrogen and phosphorus is high.At the same time,the amount of sewage and water quality affected by the traffic volume and the number of imported and exported personnel fluctuates greatly.(2)The methods used for water treatment in the expressway service area of Shaanxi Province include buried integrated treatment,buried integrated treatment + multi-medium filtration,MBR biofilm treatment,and multi biological filter + constructed wetlands,among which the most widely used method is the buried integrated treatment process.The most stable method of operation is MBR Biofilm treatment process,and the best method of water release is multi biological filter + constructed wetlands.(3)The main problems existing in the sewage treatment of expressway service areas in Shaanxi Province include: equipment problems,technical defects,management problems,etc..Among them,technical defects and management problems are the most need to be solved.In the same way,the application of the integrated landfill treatment facilities,the different service areas sewage treatment effect is very different,the main reason is that the personnel responsible for maintenance equipment operation lack technical knowledge,while the management system is very imperfect.In addition,the sewage treatment effect of the expressway service area is generally poor,and the effluent quality can't reach the standard of the corresponding treatment facilities.(4)In view of the existing problems of expressway sewage treatment in Shaanxi province,it is proposed to optimize the process on the basis of existing sewage treatment facilities,and on the basis of the most used landfill integrated treatment facilities,it is possible to increase the process with obvious effect of denitrification and phosphorus removal.To the newly built expressway service area or the need to replace sewage treatment facilities,strengthen the investigation and study,choose the appropriate technology.At the same time,we should strengthen the technical training of management personnel,strengthen the daily operation and maintenance of processing facilities,and formulate effective management and operation systems.Moreover it also need to strengthen the supervision and management of relevant government departments and strengthen environmental law enforcement inspections.(5)Shaanxi Province has a great demand for water reuse in the area of expressway sewage treatment.It is recommended to solve the problem of water use by optimizing the process,or taking into account the use of tap water and well water,so as to achieve resource conservation and recycling.In addition,through the simple treatment of sewage irrigation is an effective way to realize the utilization of sewage resources in service areas.
