The present expressway service area not only far away from the municipal pipe network,and pollutant dispersion, treatment small scale, that has brought a lot of difficulties on thesewage treatment. Because of the expressway service area sewage water quality is similar todomestic sewage, the project was presented to treat the domestic wastewater by combinedaeration hybrid membrane bioreactor (MBR), and application the process in treat theexpressway service area sewage. The experiment detect the campus sewage for treatmentobject, through the combination of aeration hybrid membrane bioreactor technology oncampus sewage processing test, the conclusions were as follows:(1) By the start-up and commissioning of the combined aeration hybrid membranebioreactor, the micropopulation in the activated sludge all eugonic well, the biofilm in thesuspended were stability and dense packing, and the system is stable, and the water qualitypurification effect is good.(2) In the orthogonal experiment of combined aeration hybrid MBR, four factors, whichis on/off ratio, mixed liquid suspended solid (MLSS), hydraulic retention time (HRT) andgas-water ratio, were analysed to have influence to removal rates of chemical oxygen demand(CODCr), ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N), total phosphorus (TP) and turbidity. The optimaloperation parameters of the best wastewater treatment effect were that: on/off ratio was12min:3min, MLSS concentration was6~8g/L, HRT was10h and gas-water ratio was25:1.(3) Through the contrast experiments of the hollow fiber membrane and the platemembrane in the combined aeration composite MBR process and the integrated MBR processfor treat domestic sewage, the chemical oxygen demand (CODCr), ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N)and turbidity of the effluent water of the combined aeration composite MBR process and theintegrated MBR process reached “The reuse of urban recycling water-Water quality standardfor urban miscellaneous water consumption”(GB/T18920-2002). The combination ofaeration composite MBR on the pollutant removal efficiency is better than that of asubmerged MBR, when the MBR system using hollow fiber membrane, the pollutant removalefficiency of the hollow fiber membrane is better than flat membrane.(4) The hollow fiber membrane of membrane resistance was measured to be10.270×1011m-1by the test of water flux ratio, and critical membrane flux was determined tobe24L/(m2h) with the method of flux stepwise increment, the flat sheet membrane ofmembrane resistance was measured to be14.047×1011m-1, and critical membrane flux wasdetermined to be25L/(m2h). The membrane resistance and the critical membrane flux of hollow fiber membrane were all less than the flat sheet membrane. The anti-dirty ability of thehollow fiber membrane were worse than the flat membrane, relative to the flat membrane, thehollow fiber membrane was more vulnerable to the membrane fouling.(5) Through the membrane fouling test, physical washing and chemical cleaning can allimprove the membrane fouling, but the effect of chemical cleaning is better than physicalcleaning.(6) The sewage treatment scale of the Yichun wastewater treatment project of servicearea is150m3/d, The project investment is560000yaun, through the treatment of thecombined aeration composite MBR, the effluent water quality meet the national "urbansewage recycling, city miscellaneous water quality standard (GB/T18920-2002) and byacceptance. the operation cost was0.361yuan/m3. The reduction of the pollutants dischargewas that: CODCrwas14.42tons per year, NH3-N was1.44tons per year, TP was0.12tons peryear.
