Research On Occupational Hazard Assessment And Prevention Measures Of A Wood Furniture Enterprise

Wood furniture manufacturing belongs to the traditional manufacturing industry in our country,which has developed rapidly in recent years.Because the industry started late in our country and involves many occupational hazards,the incidence is high,which causes great harm to people’s physical and mental health.Therefore,accurate analysis of occupational factors in wood furniture manufacturing industry,understanding the actual situation of occupational hazards in the industry as a whole,will be of great importance to wood industry in the future.It is of great significance to provide scientific basis for occupational disease prevention and control in quality furniture industry.This paper investigates the occupational hazards of a large wooden furniture manufacturer by investigating the current situation of occupational hazards.It makes a detailed investigation from the overall layout of the enterprise,occupational hazards protection system,occupational health management,occupational health monitoring and other aspects.It also makes an analysis of occupational hazards from the whole production process and other aspects.According to the analysis,the occupational hazards of the post and individual are made.According to the results and analysis of hazard factors detection,the occupational hazard factors were evaluated.The occupational hazards assessment system was constructed.Finally,combined with the detection and evaluation,the occupational hazards prevention and control measures in wood furniture manufacturing industry were formulated.The main occupational hazards in wood furniture manufacturing industry are dust,noise and chemical poisons.These occupational hazards are basically distributed in the whole production process,especially dust and noise.The test results show that the over-standard rate of noise is 95%,and the most serious noise of cutting post is103 db.The rate of dust exceeding the standard is 21%.Some Posts still exceed the standard seriously.The rate of exceeding the standard of chemical poisons is 23%.According to the evaluation system,the occupational hazards of the enterprise as a whole are serious.According to this evaluation level,effective prevention and control measures are put forward from the aspects of dust control,noise control,poison control and occupational disease management in enterprises.Starting from a wood furniture manufacturing enterprise,this paper thoroughly finds out the current situation of occupational hazards in this industry,and puts forward effective measuresto reduce the occupational hazards in wood furniture manufacturing industry.
