The energy system structure of iron and steel enterprises is complex,involving a wide variety of energy resources,and energy users are all over the enterprise.The establishment of energy management system can effectively manage the entire iron and steel plant,centralize and unified monitoring,management,control and scheduling of energy input and output and production situation of all sectors of enterprises,and ensure the energy adequacy of production process.Utilization,mutual supply and so on,to achieve the rational use of energy.Baotou Steel Energy Management and Control Center project belongs to the overall energy-saving research project in the iron and steel industry.It is the most typical project of "Integration of Two Modernizations","Industrial 4.0" and "Interconnected Enterprises" in the iron and steel industry.This design is based on the construction of energy management and control center of Baotou Steel.It covers the design of energy management and control token hierarchical control of all production process data acquisition and gas system,thermoelectric system,oxygen system,water system and other production processes under the jurisdiction of Baotou Steel.The energy management and control center needs to complete heterogeneous communication with the control systems of various brands,types and models in each process section of Baotou Iron and Steel Company,so as to ensure the stable transmission of data acquisition and control signals,prevent computer viruses and Trojans from intruding into the manufacturing control system,and improve the operation safety of the control system.The process system of Baotou Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.has been built for a long time,and there are many kinds of control systems currently in use.The main control systems are Honeywell,Rockwell,Siemens,Schneider,ABB,Xinhua,Yokogawa,Mitsubishi and so on.If we communicate with Rockwell PLC in the Energy Management and Control Center,we need to make a communication strategy after statistic the type and configuration of these third-party control systems.If we choose the traditional hard-wire mode to communicate,there are the following problems: the number of communication points needed by the energy center is large,so a large number of hard-wires and distributors are needed,and the amount of personnel required is also huge.Therefore,the third-party communication protocol is used to communicate.This design includes hardware selection,software configuration,onsite debugging and practical application of various heterogeneous systems for backplane communication,framework construction and implementation of hierarchical control system based on electronic token principle,and operation of production site.In this paper,through the analysis of the principle of heterogeneous communication,the design of token control mechanism,combined with the actual equipment use in Baotou Steel,all energy medium acquisition equipment as a system research object to establish a model,the model accurately reflects the process of communication between Rockwell PLC and other heterogeneous systems in the energy management and control acquisition terminal and the issuance of control signals.Thus the realization method of heterogeneous communication is obtained,which makes the energy management and control system play a role,makes the limited energy more efficient and reasonable distribution,and reduces the comprehensive cost of energy to the lowest.
