The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the "Implementation Strategy for Rural Revitalization",and the State Council also proposed the ecological protection goal of "maintaining national ecological environment security".With the new round of general rules preparation and implementation of Wuhan and the determination of the 2049 prospective development strategy,urban and rural development and sustainable rural development have become one of the key directions for Wuhan's future development.Although there are a lot of researches on the rural development in Wuhan,the research on rural development strategies based on quantitative analysis and ecological security is rare,and some documents have not yet constructed integrity,regionalization and spatialization.The rural ecological security evaluation system,and the systematic framework of rural development strategies for ecological security evaluation results,has not yet been constructed.This study follows the logical main line of "basic research-status analysis-scientific evaluation-strategic response",taking the rural areas of Wuhan,that is,the agro-ecological areas outside the urban development area as the research scope,and taking the ecological safety evaluation as the cutting-edge perspective.First of all,through the summary of the basic theory,the domestic and international research progress of rural ecological security and rural development is analyzed.Then,from the three aspects of rural resources,environment,social economy and ecological management,the development status of Wuhan is analyzed in detail,and the problems of rural development in Wuhan from the perspective of ecological security are summarized.Subsequently,a rural ecological security evaluation system based on PSR model was constructed,and the evaluation factors of integrity,regionalization and spatialization were selected.Combined with analytic hierarchy process,Delphi method,entropy weight method and other mathematical analysis methods,with ENVI5.1 and ArcGIS10.2 tools to evaluate the ecological security of rural areas in Wuhan.The results show that the average ecological security index of rural areas in Wuhan is 66.65 points,and the whole area is in an ecologically sound state.Based on the results of ecological security assessment,the characteristics and causes of the pattern are analyzed from the perspectives of classification,classification and zoning,and the core ecological security problems in the research area are summarized.Finally,through the ecological security characteristics and ecological security issues of the above three dimensions in the docking research conclusions,the rural development strategy framework of classification,classification and zoning is constructed.Finally,based on the research conclusions,summarize the innovations and deficiencies of this research,and make a prospect for the research on the rural development strategy of Wuhan based on ecological security.
