Study On The Development Urban And Rural Strategy Of Liaohe River Based On Ecological Security

Liaohe River Basin is an important context of urban and rural areas of Liaoning province development and human progress.Through participating in the preparation of the Liaohe river ecological treatment planning "and" Liaohe zone construction plan",I feel deeply to the basin urban and rural development and the construction of river basin ecological environment exists between the close relationship,and this is what I tried to in the paper by the example of Liaohe River paper research content.In the study area of Liaohe River flows through the urban,contained within the Tieling,Shenyang,Anshan,Panjin City,four in 14 counties(cities)and districts,103 villages and towns(streets,farms,with a total area of 8756.46 square kilometers.Through the analysis of the Liaohe river ecological security pattern,to explore the major changes in the Liaohe River mainstream urban and rural development strategy,draws in watershed management both domestic and abroad,development research,promote the formation of ecological security in the basin type in urban and rural areas of new town of effective measures,has great theory(exploration of the theory of ecological security of urban and rural)and practical significance(induction and summary of Liaohe River urban and rural construction history).Urbanization construction based on ecological security is a comprehensive consideration of the development of urban and rural space development and environmental protection.Under the guidance of the theory of ecological security,the research of this paper mainly includes the following two aspects:First,the layout of the ecological security of Liaohe River area(the fourth chapter).In view of the Liaohe River in urban and rural areas are the main problems and difficulties,you first need to the basin to the river as the center of ecological security patterns.Based on the analysis and conclusion of land desertification(GIS analysis)and the flood disaster(Z index method),it is discussed how to rebuild the ecological security pattern of the basin.The ecological pattern is to go through the Liaohe River mainstream area of artificial wetland system as the foundation,in order to construct a new city "water" big space for the extension is from natural ecological recovery to the harmonious development of urban and rural cultural and ecological provides a possible implementation.Second,based on the ecological layout,development strategy of Liaohe River towns follow(the fifth chapter).Under the guidance of ecological security pattern,constraints,influence and the development trend of the Liaohe River mainstream urban and rural strategy occurred great change.The core of these strategies is to build "three zones".First,based on ecological pattern constructed wetland ecological system,construction of the wetland landscape,the ecological zone of the core construction,advocate ecological agriculture-Construction of ecological landscape belt;secondly,integrated river basin planning urban and rural development,seek common ground while reserving differences,guide the partition,develop distinctive ecological human settlements system--constructing livable city belt.Thirdly,with the help of urban and rural environment change for the better,combination of different cultural characteristics of each town,improve and development in tourism and service industry based industrial zone to construct tourism zone.Based on the ecological security of Liaohe River mainstream urban and rural construction will be maintaining the ecological quality of the Liaohe River Basin,improve the Liaohe River mainstream urban and rural landscape,promote the perfection of the Liaohe River mainstream urban and rural infrastructure,provide a precious opportunity for the transformation of the Liaohe River mainstream urban and rural development strategy.
