| Transportation is an important medium to promote social and economic development,it is also an important carrier for the logistics and cash.Under the situation of rapid economic development in China,the improvement in travel demand brought by the improvement of people’s living standards.The transportation sector has also entered the fast lane of development.As an important part of transportation,railway transport,is in the stage of rapid and large-scale developing.However,in the process of rapid development,the railway transport can’t avoid the situation that the development imbalance or not fully synchronized.This problem exposed in the form of a railway traffic safety accident.So strengthen railway traffic safety management,is an important issue to ensure the safety of people’s lives and property.This paper adopts the traffic safety of Harbin South Railway Station,and use the discipline theory of traffic safety engineering to choose a scientific,appropriate method.By analysis of basic data and typical accidents,the paper draws the risk factors affecting the operation of Harbin South Railway Station traffic safety system and establishes a safety evaluation index system.Use the comprehensive safety assessment method,mainly use AHP,we can conduct comprehensive safety evaluation.With the valuation results for each indicator,we developed a safety management optimization suggests for Harbin South Railway Station.By using scientific thinking,this paper analyzes the operation of the traffic safety system of Harbin South Railway Station.It can be used as a reference to provide a safety management idea for other railway station. |
