| As a functional material which can realize the conversion of electrical energy and mechanical energy,piezoelectric materials are widely used.There are many kinds of piezoelectric parameters used to describe their properties.Now most of the instruments developed at home and abroad only support the measurement of single parameters,and the operation is complex,the measurement data deviation is large,the repeatability is poor.Features such as data saving and transmission are not yet available.This paper is to design and implement a set of piezoelectric parameter measurement system to improve and improve the above piezoelectric parameter testing,the system should have the following characteristics: For one,it can test most of the key performance parameters of piezoelectric materials;second,the measurement system has the functions of data storage,report generation,data transmission and printing,and its three,the measuring system is easy to operate,and the precision,accuracy and repeatability of the measuring parameters should be improved.Firstly,through the study of the principle of piezoelectric parameter measurement,a set of piezoelectric parameter test system is built based on quasi-static measurement method,and the improved design of fixture is carried out for the measurement of d31 parameters.Secondly,the calculation formula needed in the data processing of upper computer software is established by the principle of quasi-static measurement method.Then first through LabVIEW design and implementation of the upper computer software,the software to improve the accuracy of piezoelectric parameter measurement,the realization of data storage,report generation and printing functions.According to the feedback results of data measurement after input,the filtering algorithm is applied to realize adaptive limit median filter,adaptive limit amplitude filter and Fourier transform filtering respectively,and the data processing is realized by using adaptive limit multiple median filtering algorithm for the data to be processed in this paper,and finally the host computer software is realized by C #.The software supports the measurement of piezoelectric parameters d33,D31 and D15,which not only greatly improves the repeatability of the measurement results,but also makes the user interface clearer and easier to operate.By using the measurement system established in this paper to measure the piezoelectric material,the measured results are compared with the standard parameters of the material,and the measurement error of the measuring system is within ± 2% after error analysis and calculation.Select the disk-type ferrite samples provided by Southwest Institute of Applied Magnetics for testing,and then comparing the test results obtained with the standard values provided by the sample.The experimental results show that the error range of resonance linewidth is within 5%,which meets the requirements of experimental teaching.The modularity of the system is conducive to the students’ understanding of the testing principle,which is conducive to the popularization of experimental teaching.Finally,a number of piezoelectric materials are tested and analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn: The comprehensive parameter test system of piezoelectric materials established in this paper is simple in operation,has the functions of data storage,report generation and data transmission,and can measure several key piezoelectric parameters,and the precision,accuracy and repeatability of the measurement results of piezoelectric parameters are greatly improved. |
