The underground compressed air water supply pipeline plays a key role in the safety production of coal mine.Due to the bad natural environment and high air humidity,the pipeline is easy to be corroded,and the leakage phenomenon occurs from time to time.Therefore,it is particularly important to monitor the leakage of coal mine pipe network in real time and determine the location of leakage source.This thesis proposes to apply mutual information VMD algorithm,wavelet improved threshold noise reduction algorithm,SVM algorithm and cross-correlation localization algorithm to the leakage detection of coal mine pipe network,and designs a set of upper computer software detection system based on LabVIEW development platform,which is of great significance to coal mine safety production.Firstly,the threshold function of wavelet threshold denoising algorithm is improved,and a new joint denoising algorithm is formed by combining the improved wavelet denoising algorithm with mutual information VMD algorithm,and the joint denoising algorithm is used to denoise the pipeline vibration signal;Secondly,the multi-scale entropy features of the denoised signal are extracted to form the feature vector,and the support vector machine is used to test and judge;Then,the cross-correlation location algorithm is used to obtain the time delay estimation value,and the pipeline leakage point is located according to the location formula;Finally,according to mutual information VMD algorithm,SVM algorithm and cross-correlation localization algorithm,a pipeline leakage detection system is designed based on LabVIEW software development platform,including real-time signal display module,signal denoising processing module,pipeline leakage detection and location module,etc.In this thesis,the wavelet threshold function is improved based on the principle of wavelet de-noising algorithm.The improved wavelet de-noising algorithm is combined with mutual information VMD algorithm for pipeline signal de-noising processing,which enhances the signal-to-noise ratio and improves the signal utilization rate,which lays a good foundation for the later SVM pipeline leakage detection.According to the underground pipeline structure,the pipeline system model is built,the pipeline leakage is simulated in the laboratory environment,the pipeline leakage detection,leakage point positioning algorithm and software system are tested,and the test results are analyzed.The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm and the practicability of the software detection system are verified.
