Thinking And Research On The Design Of Chinese New Folk Style Clothing Headwear And Makeup

Based on the research and analysis of the design and research status of new folk costume headwear and makeup in China,this paper points out the common problems existing at present: the design form of makeup and headwear is relatively single,the matching and decoration can not accurately interpret the style theme of clothing,and lack the background of traditional folk culture.Based on this,the author has carried out a comprehensive design thinking and practical exploration in the aspects of the creativity,modeling,color,material and craft skills of the new folk style clothing headwear and makeup,and proposed the following views and measures for the reference and discussion of peers in the design industry.1)in the creative expression of headdress and makeup design,we should make good use of traditional folk elements,implicate costume connotation,combine popular elements and integrate traditional classics to interpret modern fashion.2)it can draw lessons from and transplant folk costume patterns,primitive totems and traditional architectural elements in eye makeup three-dimensional modeling,mask decoration modeling and headwear modeling;3)in the expression of the color language of headdress and makeup,we should make a strong regional folk customs with rich and colorful decoration colors,and interpret the natural and simple expression of dress expression with simple and elegant color configuration.4)in the selection of material carrier for headwear and makeup design,we should make good use of traditional materials to demonstrate modern fashion and reproduce traditional classics with modern materials.It can fully excavate and transplant the folk decoration techniques and materials such as flower tin of southern song dynasty and the folk nail decoration materials.Meanwhile,it can use the modern materials such as bit of mud,crystal diamond,tin foil paper and flower making liquid to shape the headdress and decorate the makeup.5)in the production techniques of headwear and makeup,traditional techniques such as braiding tape,paper cutting,and hairstyle of the tang dynasty should be inherited and developed so that they can be perfectly combined with the aesthetic concept of modern dress and makeup.At the same time,the flexibility,convenience and diversity of modern fashion technologies such as pen-spray painting,paper eyelash carving and adhesive welding are utilized to integrate them into the traditional makeup,so as to fully deduce the theme of new folk style clothing.
