Polyester is widely used in the textile field.Due to the high crystallinity of polyester and the absence of hydrophilic groups on the molecular segments,the hygroscopicity of polyester is extremely poor.So,the electrostatic phenomena are easily generated in a dry environment.The existence of static electricity seriously affects the normal use of fabrics,and can even affect human health.In addition,static electricity will also adsorb bacterium and dust in the air to the clothing,thereby polluting the micro-environment on which the human body lives.Graphene materials have high electrical conductivity.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a new material with excellent antistatic properties and certain antibacterial properties based on graphene materials to solve the above problems of polyester textiles.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)Hydrophilic sulfonated graphene was prepared.Firstly,the modified Hummers was used to prepare graphene oxide,and then the hydrophilic sulfonated graphene was prepared by pre-reduction of sodium borohydride,graft modification of P-aminobenzenesulfonic acid,sonication and secondary reduction of sodium dithionite.The results of XRD,Raman,EDS and XPS show that p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid was successfully grafted onto the sheet structure of graphene.The SEM and TEM test results show that the prepared sulfonated graphene is an irregular sheet structure.The optimization experiment of sulfonated graphene synthesis process show that the best antistatic performance of sulfonated graphene prepared when the mass of p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid is 1:1 with graphene oxide and the secondary reduction time of sodium dithionite is 60 min.(2)Optimization process was attained and antistatic performance of sulfonated graphene finishing polyester fabric was evaluated.In this paper,by using antistatic properties as indicators,the sulfonated graphene finishing agent dosage,baking temperature,binder type,binder dosage,binder addition method and other process conditions were optimized and the finished polyester fabric performance was tested.The results of process optimization experiments show that the optimum amount of sulfonated graphene finishing agent is 0.5 mg/mL;the optimum baking temperature is 105?;the best adhesive is super soft adhesive 101;the best adhesive joining method.The binder was mixed with sulfonated graphene and the binder was used at 10 g/L and 20 g/L.The performance test results of the polyester fabric show that the addition of the binder help to improve the tensile breaking strength,the friction resistance and the antistatic washing resistance of the finished fabric.(3)Ag/sulfonated graphene was prepared by the introduction of nano-Ag,and the anti-static and antibacterial properties of the finished polyester were tested.Antibacterial mechanism was discussed.The results of UV-vis,EDX and TEM show that Ag/sulfonated graphene were successfully prepared.The antistatic test results show that the introduction of nano-Ag have advantages to improve the antistatic properties of polyester fabrics.The antibacterial test results show that the antibacterial properties of the material were greatly improved by the introduction of nano-Ag.The antibacterial rate test results show that the inhibition rate of Ag/sulfonated graphene is as high as 99.9%.The binder,20 g/L,was determined in the antibacterial and water-resistant test.Antibacterial mechanism studies have shown that the antibacterial property of the material is the result of the "cutting"effect of the graphene sheet structure on the bacteria and the interaction of the nano-Ag.In summary,the hydrophilic sulfonated graphene is prepared and used for the functional finishing of polyester fabrics which has good antistatic properties.The introduction of nano-Ag not only improves the antistatic property of the finished fabric but also greatly improved the antibacterial properties of the fabric.This project has developed a multi-functional polyester textile that solves the problem of electrostatic generation and the bacterial growth caused by polyester fabrics in a dry environment,and has become a scientific solution to enhance the added value and market competitiveness of textile products.
