| The excellent and unique properties of graphene have become the focus of research in various fields,and its application in the field of textile is also in the rapid development stage.As an important derivative of graphene oxide,it is generally obtained by the oxidation of graphite by strong acid.The Hummers method,which is more commonly used in the preparation of go,has reduced the use of sodium nitrate and produced graphene with a high degree of oxidation.Compared with other preparation methods,this method has shortened the reaction time,the reaction product is pollution-free and the experimental operation is safe.Therefore,it has become a common method for preparing go in the laboratory.In this paper,the graphene oxide on the fabric was prepared by improving Hummers method,and then the graphene composite fabric was prepared by impregnating the fabric with the hydrophilicity of the oxygen-containing functional group.The graphene oxide was first bonded to the fiber and then reduced to graphene by sodium citrate reduction.The problem that graphene and fiber are difficult to bind is solved by the method of"oxidation-reduction".The influence of the carbon structure layer and oxygen-containing functional group of go is analyzed comprehensively.The influence of the change factors such as the amount of go,the amount of reducing agent and the reduction time on the properties of the graphene cotton fabric is discussed in depth.Based on the excellent properties of graphene,the antistatic,square resistance,flame retardant and antibacterial properties of the reduced graphene composite fabric were investigated.(1)Graphene cotton fabric has good antistatic performance,through the research finally determine the optimal reduction technique for graphene oxide 0.4 g,2.5 g,sodium citrate,100℃reduction 3.5 h.The cotton fabric with 20cm x 20cm was treated under the optimal process with a charge surface density of 0.028 mm C/m2.(2)The effects of synthesis conditions on the electrochemical properties of composite fabrics were investigated with a four-probe tester,and the structural morphology was characterized.Results show that after dipping 20 times 1.5 g/L of graphene oxide solution compound fabric,in 0.4 mol/L NaBH4 reduction of 6 h,under the condition of minimum can reach 33.65Ωsheet resistance.(3)For cotton fabrics treated with go,ammonium polyphosphate and silane coupling agent,the limit oxygen index increased from 18%to 22.8%,and the limit oxygen index remained unchanged after washing.The washable effect of the fabric is good,the fabric feels soft and the fabric strength does not decrease.According to the experimental data,the optimal dosage of go is 0.4g,ammonium polyphosphate 0.8g and silane coupling agent 1.0ml.(4)Graphene oxide and chitosan were combined,and the antibacterial properties were tested by quantitative test method after being processed into cotton fabric by repeated blanking.The results showed that the antibacterial rate of graphene oxide and chitosan composite cotton fabric against escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus was 100%. |
