Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,China's industrial assembly automation has been developing continuously,and the cost of employing personnel has been rising,which has increased the operating costs of enterprises.It is an inevitable choice for enterprises to adopt automatic assembly equipment with high production efficiency and low cost.Screw locking is one of the key assembly processes.At present,most enterprises adopt manual or semi-automatic way to achieve screw locking.This way of locking seriously restricts the production efficiency of products,and also affects the quality of products.In order to improve production efficiency and product quality,many enterprises began to use automatic screw locking machine.However,most automatic screw lockers on the market can only lock the same kind of screw,and the products that are locked will generally have a variety of screw.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of using an electric batch lock to pay multiple screws on the same product,after full investigation and consulting a large number of domestic and foreign related literature,this paper designs and develops an automatic locking system,and analyses and studies the related technical problems of this system.The following are the main research work,results and conclusions:1.The development status of precision assembly technology and theory at home and abroad,the development status of screw locking tools and the development status of screw locking automation equipment are analyzed and studied.It is concluded that it is necessary to develop a screw-locking machine with the characteristics of high intelligence,high adaptability and high efficiency,which can make up for the lack of screw-locking automation equipment on the market,conform to the development trend of screw-locking automation equipment,solve many practical problems of enterprises and have broad prospects for development.2.According to the functional,technical and structural requirements of the auto-locking screw machine of the cooperative enterprise,the whole machine system is designed and explained.The automatic tool-changing device is designed in detail.The working principle and specific steps of the tool-changing are explained in detail.Finally,the function of the auto-locking screw and the function of the automatic tool-changing head are realized in terms of technology and principle.3.According to the actual requirements of the control system,the control system is designed,and the principle of the control system is described in detail,the structure of the control system is designed in detail,and the hardware is reasonably selected.Finally,the control of the whole automatic screw locking equipment is realized.4.In order to locate and detect screw holes accurately,a visual system is designed.The scheme of visual system,the calibration of visual system and the precise location of screw holes are carefully designed.Finally,the visual system is used to complete the calibration,detection and accurate positioning of screw holes.5.According to the actual production requirements of the cooperative unit,the whole machine has been tested and the requirements have been met.Experiments of screw locking efficiency and torque control were carried out to verify the efficiency of screw machine,the qualification rate and reliability of screw locking.The most general conclusion is that the efficiency,qualified rate and reliability meet the requirements.
