Canned food is the first of many Chinese food to enter the international market, productquality of a commodity with international standards[1]. Canning industry also has maintained arapid pace of development[2]. Therefore, the majority of enterprises with canned food have agreat market space. However, the production efficiency is limited by the productionequipment. The existence of traditional enterprise canned canning equipment face a lot ofproblems, canning equipment is intermittent movement of such equipment in the work of lowefficiency, while generating vibration and noise, the impact on the device is large, affect thelife of the equipment.Automatic canning machine design is to solve problems for the enterprise came intobeing. Automatic canning machine in the transportation and loading process is continuousoperation to solve the vibration and shock due to the intermittent motion caused. Automaticcanning machine filling plate with continuous operation, cans transported with variable pitchscrew conveyor, loading track positioning using feeder loading, canned canning process allautomated.Major research institutions and automatic canning machine control system of this paper,is the main agency for automatic canning machine has been designed and discussed andanalyzed using SolidWorks Simulation to run the rule variable pitch screw simulation, get thescrew motion parameters, and then create a three-dimensional model of the screw,analysisthe reasons of screw deformation, put forward to solve the deformation of the screw in thework methods. Automatic feeders divide operation mode, explained how the feeder works,modeled, use of SolidWorks Motion for dynamic simulation, analysis of the forces, theestablishment of a three-dimensional model to analyze the structure of statics. Finally, workon the device logic analysis, get the automatic control flow chart.
