Study On The Application Of Footscan Technology To Design Personalized Function Flat Insole

Objective: through gait testing professional,feature acquisition flatfoot subjects during exercise plantar pressure distribution characteristics,stress analysis of size and strength,and then get the design of personalized functions for the subjects of the flat insole through comprehensive data.According to the test data,the design plan of the personalized three-dimensional function insole is given.Through the adjustment of material hardness and thickness,the personalized insoles for different foot arch types and feet stability are made.Using plantar pressure test system of high technology,the design can improve the performance of the whole flat bottom pressure insoles,making the ordinary sports shoes can have improved comfort,improve the function of damping performance and stability,so that ordinary patients can lower cost have flatfoot professional and personalized service customized insole.The research object: foot disease investigation Sports School of Zhejiang Normal University200 undergraduate students,mainly for flatfoot.The diagnostic basis was first screened with footprints,and then the foot pressure tester was used to check the diagnosis.Finally,selected 2healthy volunteers,flatfoot 2 participants,a total of 4 representative subjects as the test object.Research methods: 4 subjects underwent plantar pressure gait analysis,and data were analyzed and calculated.According to the test results of Bian Pingzu subjects,personalized personalized insoles were designed for them.The Foot-scan insole system foot pressure shoe insole test system was used to analyze the effect of individualized insole on the abnormal index of foot of the subjects.In addition,the VAS visual analogue scale is used to evaluate the comfort of personalized insoles from a subjective perspective,so that the subjective and objective tests can be used to determine whether the design of personalized insoles is reasonable.Research conclusion: the individualized insole can basically achieve the goal of relieving the abnormal pressure of foot and foot,and wearing a high comfort.According to the test,flat foot personalized insole making process to achieve anticipated requirements.
