Nowadays,the world is a society with continuous economic and social development.As a intangible cultural heritage,traditional handicraft is facing a recession.However,with the continuous development of today’s civilization,the diversity and inclusiveness of the world require us to better inherit and develop our traditional culture.The carrier of Chinese traditional culture,namely Chinese handicraft,should be more inherited,protected and developed in this era.Batik dyeing is a wonderful flower in our traditional Chinese handicraft.Under the environment of machinery and industrial production,it is facing the challenge of development and is likely to die out.At present,the inheritors of batik dyeing are constantly aging.How to activate batik dyeing in the current era is the problem we are facing.This paper introduces the batik dyeing through certain research and textual research.Source,production process and so on,so that readers can have a more in-depth understanding of China’s batik.
