With the development of the economy,the demand for products is more diversified and individualized,which makes the demand for the order of the H company’s hand assembly shop show the characteristics of"Multi-variety and small-batch".However,at present,there are many problems such as low production line efficiency,unstable product quality and long delivery time,which are difficult to meet the demand of "Multi-variety and small-batch" of the customer in H company.The main content of this paper is how to make use of scientific production management methods and means to make reasonable production targets,optimize the production line of H company’s hand assembly workshop and improve its ability to meet the diversified needs of customers.In this paper,the unit production method is introduced to the optimization of the bottle cap hand assembly line,and the function of the unit production method in the optimization of the production line of the hand assembly workshop of H company is elaborated in detail.Firstly,data collection and field investigation are carried out on the production workshop of bottle cap hand assembly,and the necessity of carrying out unit production mode in bottle cover hand shop is analyzed with the help of the method of PQ analysis and with the help of Pareto chart.Secondly,taking the whole plastic cover of Xuan wine as an example,based on the Flexsim simulation software,the existing production line simulation model is built,and the problems existing in the production line of the hand assembly workshop are defined.Thirdly,in the stage of optimization of the production line,the problems of low productivity,low balance rate of production line,long delivery time and low utilization rate of personnel are optimized by Flexsim simulation.The production line is rearranged by SLP,and the production line is designed and optimized with the basic knowledge of ergonomics and the"ECRS principle".At the same time,the conversion capability of production line is improved by means of "Single minute exchange of die".Next,in the production line optimization verification phase,Flexsim simulation software is used again to establish the unit production line simulation model,and the simulation is carried out.The implementation of unit production mode is compared before and after the implementation of unit production mode,and the implementation effect of unit production mode in H company’s bottle cap and hand assembly workshop is verifiedFinally,according to the principle of continuous improvement,we optimize the production unit again,reduce the production rhythm and improve the production efficiency of the unit production lineThe application of unit production in the bottle cap hand assembly of H company extends the application range of the unit production mode and improves the ability of the enterprise to meet the customer’s "Multi-variety and small-batch" demand.It provides a good guide meaning for the application of unit production mode in the bottle cap enterprise.
